His work combines editorial leadership with a strong interest in new technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence and digital automation. He trains editors-in-chief across Poland on how to integrate AI into newsroom practices, helping independent outlets strengthen their sustainability and adapt to changing digital landscapes.
Alongside his editorial role, Krzysztof has worked as a web developer and consultant in both Poland and the UK, creating solutions that connect technical innovation with the needs of local journalism. His projects have been recognised in national media competitions, and he regularly collaborates with associations and organisations dedicated to supporting local and regional media.
